Temporary parking arrangements

Due to ongoing works in our car park, please note the following when visiting us:

If there are two people in the car, please drop your pet and companion at the door, then park in car park behind the hospital, rather than the usual visitor car park.
If you are visiting alone and are mobile, please also use the car park behind the hospital.
If you are visiting alone and need assistance, please contact reception on 0131 650 7650 and we’ll make sure you’re looked after.

Emergency and Critical Care Referrals

We can accept pets requiring emergency referral 24/7. Referring vets, please contact us by phone on 0131 650 7650 to arrange.

Brucella canis update for referrals

As Brucella canis is becoming more common in the UK, we ask for dogs that may have the disease to be screened before they come to see us, to minimise the risk of expensive isolation bills in our hospital while clients await results. Please find our new referral protocol here.
